FUSION
This class combines traditional Pilates reformer exercises with elements of strength training and cardio for a full-body workout that will SQULPT and tone your muscles. Get ready to sweat and feel the burn in this dynamic and challenging class.
BOUNCE
Get ready for a heart-pumping, high-flying workout in our BOUNCE Jumpboard class! You'll bounce, jump, and fly through dynamic, fun moves on the Reformer, targeting everything from your core to your legs while improving your balance and endurance. It’s the perfect mix of low-impact cardio, strength, and Pilates — all while having a blast! Come sweat it out! Not your typical Pilates reformer class. This is a heated, dynamic class that will work on strength, coordination, and detoxifying.
